Nestling at the foot of the Sugar Loaf Mountains, The Sugar Loaf Vineyards are set in area of outstanding natural beauty in the Brecon Beacons National Park and panoramic views over the Usk Valley.

The Sugar Loaf Vineyards have 7 varieties of grapes planted on 5 acres of south facing slopes this ensures excellent ripening of the grapes, while the balanced soils add a special character to the wine.

Our wines have achieved “Quality Status” from the European Wine Standards Board and have won awards in national competitions. We have 3 white wines, a rose, occasionally a red wine when the weather permits and sparkling wines available for purchase.

Our self catering holiday cottages offer a great base for exploring the Brecon Becons and the Wye Valley. We can promise you that you won’t tire of the fantastic scenery here at the Sugarloaf Vineyards, our guests also receive a bottle of complimentary wine from the Vineyards on arrival.
