From the first scent of Elder flower this is an attractive clean crisp wine full of bold fruit flavours developing into a lasting finish. Madeleine Angevine is a grape variety from Alsace and is true to this style of wine, aromatic, floral & spicy but has a lighter body.   Easy to drink on its own or ideal with white meat, fish and light pasta dishes.
